I bought this bright pink inflatable tanning pool from Sloosh for the backyard. The video shows me inflating it on my incredibly patchy grass and filling it with a couple inches of water from the garden hose. I spent the rest of the short clip pretending I have the time to actually relax. It is essentially a glorified air mattress with a bumper. Honestly, it works beautifully for what it is. You stay cool without needing to commit to a massive above-ground setup or an expensive pool membership.

The plastic smells intensely like a vintage toy aisle when you first open the box. You definitely need to let it air out in the sun before you lay down. I also noticed the main inflation valve is weirdly positioned right where your left elbow naturally rests. That gets pretty annoying if you are trying to prop yourself up to read a paperback.

This video completely flopped with my audience. It barely scraped seventeen hundred views and the engagement was just abysmal. I realized the opening hook was way too slow. The bright pink color looks beautiful on camera. However, most people watching probably figured they would spend more time fishing dead leaves out of the shallow water than getting a tan. I think my regular viewers are tired of curated backyard aesthetics. I probably would have gotten much better traction if I just showed the messy reality of me trying to hide in this pink puddle while my kids ran wild.
