POV: the only way my kid stays hydrated is if itβs pink ππ
Editor's notes
This video shows off a tiny pink tumbler I bought for my daughter so she would finally stop stealing my water. The real reason I filmed it is because I am endlessly frustrated by expensive cups with impossible spouts. My six-year-old always has to interrupt my reading to ask me to pry open her drink. This brand actually solved the problem. It has a wide plastic tab that flips the straw up with a gentle push of a little thumb.
The detail that really sold me is the hinge itself. Most of these miniature cups use a tiny metal pin in the spout joint that inevitably rusts after two trips through your dishwasher. This one is entirely molded plastic. It snaps apart into exactly two pieces for cleaning. You will not find mysterious black mold hiding in the crevices next month.
Despite the clear functional victory, the video completely flatlined. We barely cleared three hundred views and the engagement was basically nonexistent. I think mothers on the internet are simply experiencing mass fatigue over aesthetic water bottles. We are all deeply tired of buying trendy drinking vessels for children who will inevitably abandon them on the recess field. Even so, if you want an end of the school year gift that your kid can actually open independently, I stand by this purchase.
