Chrissy vervet jeans stretchy and distressed!

I started this video by literally high-kicking the camera to prove a point about these Chrissy Vervet jeans. If you are going to claim denim is stretchy, you have to back it up with a martial arts move right in the first second. The video is just a quick visual test showing how freely you can move in them while I talk through the sizing.

The verdict is that these are fantastic, mostly because the distress detailing is actually placed with some common sense. Usually, ripped jeans put the holes right over the bulkiest part of the knee. That means your bare kneecap bulges through the fabric like a rising moon every time you sit down at a desk. These have the tears situated just slightly above the joint. It is a tiny structural choice that saves you from looking like you are bursting out of your clothes.

This clip totally flopped when I posted it. I put it up in early July, which explains why it barely scraped five hundred views. Nobody is thinking about heavy distressed denim when it is ninety degrees outside. People were sweating in linen shorts instead of hunting for fall clothes.
