The perfect denim dress with the sweetest little details!!

I posted this video right in the middle of a July heatwave. You can actually see me sweating slightly in the first second when my face pops onto the screen to introduce a heavy denim dress. The garment itself is beautifully made. I made sure to zoom the camera right in on the fabric because the acid wash isn't that harsh bleach effect we normally see. It is much softer and looks authentically vintage.

My honest verdict is that this is a brilliant piece for your closet if you experience actual autumn weather. The specific detail I loved the most was the sleeve pleating. Normally, pleated shoulders make you look like a football linebacker or a confused eighties pop star. These pleats are cleverly folded inward and stitched down flat along the top seam. It gives the shoulder a structured lift without adding any absurd bulk.

The performance metrics on this post were a fantastic learning moment. Barely two dozen people watched it. I take full responsibility for pitching a thick autumn outfit while everyone else was hunting for breezy linen. However, the engagement rate was incredibly high for the few who did tune in. They stuck around for those tight camera angles showing the hardware and the denim texture.
