The sweetest little gingham boxer shorts with ruffle detail!

I recorded this out on my front porch right before the Fourth of July. You will notice I do this little leaning maneuver throughout the whole video. I start with a quick wave and immediately step right up to the camera lens. It breaks up the static feeling of a tripod setup and makes the clip feel like we are actually having a conversation. I was trying to show off these checked shorts with the frilly hems.

My honest verdict on these is a mixed bag. They are incredibly comfortable because of the wide elastic waistband that refuses to pinch your stomach when you sit down. The downside is the cotton itself. It is so thin that it creases the absolute second you get into a hot car. You will look completely rumpled if you wear them for more than an hour. I mostly keep them reserved for watering the porch ferns or drinking coffee on the patio.

The internet did not care for this outfit at all. The video barely scraped three hundred views and saw practically zero engagement. I genuinely think the trendy boxer look is a tough sell for my usual crowd. Most people look at these and just see literal sleepwear. It takes a certain level of bravery to wear pajamas out in public and call it a daytime look. I stand by my camera trick, but the shorts are definitely staying inside the house from now on.
