The cutest little linen jumper with buttons!

In this video I get uncomfortably close to the camera lens right off the bat to ask a very serious question about whether adult women should wear what are essentially toddler play clothes. I was testing out a short linen one-piece for summer. It is a highly debated topic in the mom community. Half of us want to live in a single effortless garment, and the other half absolutely refuse to get entirely naked just to use the toilet.

The outfit itself is actually quite beautiful in person. The fabric is thick enough to hide whatever underwear you decided on that morning. I did notice a very specific manufacturing quirk. The faux tortoiseshell buttons on the shoulders are about two millimeters too large for their buttonholes. You have to really wrestle them into submission to get the straps fastened. It is incredibly frustrating when you are already running late for school drop-off.

This post did not exactly set the internet on fire. It barely broke five hundred views with an engagement rate sitting at a fairly dismal one percent. I think the extreme close-up intro worked to grab the few folks who actually stuck around. The overall consensus seems to be that my audience is perfectly happy wearing standard separate pants and shirts. I completely respect that boundary, but I am going to keep wearing this around my house anyway.
