I bought this floral Dokotoo romper thinking it would be my absolute uniform for June. In the video, I step right up to the camera to show off the fact that it actually has functional pockets. I also physically pull on the fabric to show you the stretch and snap the shoulder straps to prove they will not dig into your skin.

My honest verdict is that it is incredibly comfortable. The material has a nice bouncy weight to it. One tiny detail you cannot really tell from the stock photos is that the pocket lining is anchored securely to the front seam. That means when you drop your phone in there, the fabric does not sag down your leg. It holds everything surprisingly flat. It is a very solid piece of clothing for standing in the hot sun or running after kids.

The video completely tanked though. It got around five hundred views and almost zero engagement. I learned a very clear lesson about my delivery. I started the clip by telling viewers to add it to their carts immediately. It sounded exactly like a bad infomercial. People scroll right past that kind of aggressive energy. I usually just talk to you guys like we are hanging out in my kitchen. Coming out swinging with a heavy sales pitch was a mistake. The romper is legitimately great. My approach just needed a serious timeout.
