I literally yell "Stop" at the camera in the first second of this video. It was a bold choice. Honestly I just needed everyone to look at this pink cropped sweater vest before summer completely melted us. The video is basically me proving you can wear knitwear in late June without sweating through your clothes. I styled it with plain white denim and some chunky gold hoops to keep the focus on the top.

My actual verdict is that the vest is surprisingly breathable. The knit texture is quite loose when you examine it closely. I zoomed right in on the gold buttons because hardware is usually where inexpensive clothes give themselves away. These buttons actually have a nice weight to them. They do not make that hollow plastic clicking sound when you move, which completely saves the garment from looking cheap.

The reception was a bit lukewarm. We got around six hundred views and the engagement was on the lower side. I suspect my aggressive intro might have felt a bit jarring to regular viewers. It is also entirely possible people are just fundamentally suspicious of a summer sweater. The viewers who did stick around really responded to the close camera work on the fabric. They appreciated seeing exactly what the material looked like up close before deciding to buy it. It is a solid wardrobe addition if your office blasts the air conditioning all season long.
