I posted this video right as the June heat was getting unbearable. The goal was to solve that very specific summer dilemma of wanting to wear a flimsy tank top without exposing your upper arms to the entire world. In the clip I physically yank on the sweater to prove actual air flows through the holes. I also do a real-time front tuck to show that the hem doesn't bunch up awkwardly at your waistband.
The honest verdict is that this pullover solves the arm insecurity problem completely. You get full shoulder coverage but it feels like you are wearing absolutely nothing. The one specific thing you might miss on camera is the texture of the yarn itself. A lot of budget mesh tops feel like scratchy fishing line or cheap plastic netting. This one has a surprisingly soft cotton feel that will not irritate a fresh sunburn.
The numbers on this post were pretty low. It barely cracked five hundred views and the engagement was quiet. I suspect people scrolled right past because a beige knit garment looks like a heavy winter sweater on a tiny phone screen before I start stretching the fabric.
