My honest verdict is that it holds water and keeps kids occupied. The material is thick enough to survive a normal summer. I highly recommend putting a cheap tarp underneath it anyway. One extremely specific detail is the drain plug placement. It sits about two inches too high on the bottom ring. You will never get the last few gallons of dirty water out without physically lifting and flipping the entire pool. It is a predictable design flaw but you should know about it.

This video basically flatlined on my feed. Almost nobody engaged with it. I completely understand why. There is nothing remotely groundbreaking about an inflatable pool. It does not magically fold itself back into the box, and it will not prevent wet footprints across your hardwood floors. It just gives your kids a place to splash so you can sit in a lawn chair for twenty minutes. Sometimes that is entirely enough.
