Stop the bites before they start π¦β¨ These Cliganic Mosquito Repellent Patches ar
Editor's notes
Let's talk about the Cliganic mosquito patches. This video went up right at the beginning of May when the bugs were just starting their annual campaign of terror. You can see me slapping these little circular stickers all over my kids' summer outfits. Yes, the system somehow categorized this under fashion. I suppose citronella-scented dots are the hot new spring accessory.
The actual verdict on these is solidly positive with one very specific caveat. They do keep the mosquitoes away. I really appreciate that they rely on essential oils instead of harsh sprays. The problem is that the adhesive is almost too good. If you forget to peel one off a cotton t-shirt before tossing it in the wash, you will be scraping a gooey, lemon-scented residue out of your dryer drum for two straight days. Ask me how I know.
This clip definitely did not break the internet. It pulled in just over six hundred views with decent engagement. My opening hook was way too slow. When people are scrolling quickly, a close-up of a green sticker does not exactly command attention. It takes a second to realize what you are looking at. The parents who did stick around were the ones actively searching for organic bug repellents. They seemed to really value the clear demonstration of how to apply them without touching the sticky side. Next time I share a practical tip like this, I will start with a much more obvious visual.
