Replaced my expensive name brand hair brush with this Wet brush because it is TH

This video is basically a short documentary of my desperate attempt to brush my toddler's hair without a morning meltdown. I filmed myself swapping out my wildly expensive salon hairbrush for a standard drugstore Wet Brush. The numbers on this one were pretty quiet. It got just over seven hundred views and a tiny engagement rate. I suspect people scrolled past because my usual content does not lean into toddler styling tutorials. The parents who did stick around completely understood the daily struggle.

Here is my honest verdict on the brush itself. It works significantly better than the eighty-dollar boar bristle tool I bought last year. The plastic bristles have these tiny dipped tips that somehow flex right through matted sleep hair without yanking the scalp. If you look closely at the background during the middle of the clip, you will see my husband wander through the frame looking incredibly confused. He is completely bald. It adds a ridiculous layer of irony to a video entirely focused on detangling hair. I thought about cutting him out but left him in for my own amusement.

You really do not need to spend a fortune to get the knots out of fine kid hair. Keep your money in your wallet and just grab the cheap plastic option. It actually stops the morning tears.
